Dudley Infant School - Joanne McCarron-Charles, Headteacher. Brian Kent came to my rescue when I was first appointed to headship at Dudley Infant School. I found that I had inherited an ICT syatems which was vulnerable at best, the server was positioned on the window sill in the dinner hall which was also used for PE. .... Not the most secure environment.

Brian worked diligently to cable the length of the school to reposition the server in a more secure location. He worked unsociable hours to ensure that both the administration and curriculum in the school was uninterrupted.

Having successfully resolved my nightmare, Brian went on to expand our existing Telephone System and installed additional lines and extensions to meet out requirements, rather than sell us a new system as everyone else was trying to do, this resulted in the schools saving considerable money.

Brian was also called upon to source and install projectors in our classrooms which he fitted with full security measures. Thanks to his expertise and professionalism Dudley ia a much more efficiant place!
